Dreadful experience DO NOT BUY from this company

Dreadful experience .. ordered a king size quilt set and paid a premium cost only to have the wrong size arrive… no response to my numerous emails sent then received an email to say they had issues with their system.
I said due to the time frame lapsed I had purchased a quilt set elsewhere and no longer needed the product from them and wanted a full refund and this was agreed upon via email.
I promptly posted back the incorrect linen only to have them resend another quilt set instead of the refund.
I have sent numerous emails trying to stop this from happening and asked to be called by the company however they have ignored my emails without response
DO NOT buy from this company it’s not customer focused and is sloppy and doesn’t honour agreed return refunds as documented in writing via emails !
They have shown a disinterested customer service
SHOP elsewhere everyone!
