Return an item

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your physical purchase you can return or exchange your items within 30 days from the delivered date as a change of mind return (Gift cards as an electronic item are non-refundable). To initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to returns@linenrepublic.com.au that includes your order number (starts with #LR), the condition of your bedding, and reason for return.  Items must be returned in original condition and packaging for a full refund as a change of mind return, please note your refund will not include the original postage and packaging costs.  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
